Nutrition Log

Breakfast:
No time, slept too late

Lunch:
A bowl of beef, onions, mustard, crab eggs, and rice.

Beef: protein/fat
Rice: Carbohydrates
Onion: Starch

Dinner:
Lamb ribs, mushroom pizza, spaghetti, and chocolate

Lamb ribs: protein
Mushroom Pizza: fat, protein
Spaghetti: starch
Chocolate: sugar

Midnight snack:
Cookies and Cream ice cream

Cookies and Cream ice cream: fat, sugar, and calcium
